How we make it
The shape of the ribbon matters as much as its size. We develop the fiberglass folds and curves from your reference images, drawings, or 3D file, checking how the loops and tails sit together from the intended viewing angle. A physical flocking sample establishes the color and surface before production.
For a larger version, the construction plan can include separate sections with agreed connection positions. Our workshops test the assembly before shipment and send photos and video for your confirmation. The fixing arrangement is coordinated with the display designer during development.
Packing and delivery
Packing can support the center and loops while leaving clearance around the slender ribbon ends. Separate padded compartments can keep the tails from rubbing against the larger sections. If the design is split, matching part labels and grouped connection hardware help the installer rebuild the bow in the correct order.
