How we make it
A rock scene needs a clear relationship between its large shapes and small details. We develop the fiberglass outline from your references, then use drawings or a 3D model to establish the ridges and viewing angles. The surface sample sets the contrast, markings, and placement of artificial moss.
For repeated pieces, the approved sample guides the appearance of the set. We can review the arrangement as a group, including the gaps needed for other props and product platforms. Test assembly takes place before shipment, followed by photos and video for your confirmation.
Packing and delivery
The packing design can keep raised peaks and textured areas clear of pressure. Separate supports and dividers can prevent adjacent rocks from knocking together, while matching labels can identify the pieces for each planned scene. Loose connection parts can travel with the relevant group.
If the overall landscape needs to be divided for access, agree the split before production. We provide installation instructions so the receiving team can recreate the arrangement with the intended orientation and spacing.
