How we make it
We develop the fiberglass trunks around the LED-lit section as well as the tree outline. Your layout helps establish where the light should sit relative to the merchandise and how the trunks will be spaced. A surface sample defines the pale bark markings, while the lighting appearance is agreed during development.
The electrical specification is confirmed for the destination market. Share the power location and installation requirements early so the cable route and base arrangement can be coordinated. Our workshops test the agreed assembly before shipment and provide photos and video for review.
Packing and delivery
Long trunks can use individual supports with clearance around the illuminated areas. Bases and removable fittings can be packed separately within matching installation groups, and cable ends can be protected and identified. For a multi-store order, each group can follow the receiving store's layout.
Confirm the usable door height and handling route before we finalize any split. Installation instructions can identify the trunk positions and assembly sequence for the receiving team.
