2. Inquiries and project correspondence
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address and a project description. Company, country, size and quantity, target delivery date and reference links are optional. With each submission, the website also records the page it was sent from, your IP address and your browser and device type.
We use this information to reply, clarify project requirements, prepare quotations, manage project correspondence and protect the form from spam and abuse.
Inquiry records are kept in the website administration system and sent to our business email. Authorized team members and service providers process information as needed for hosting, email delivery, security and project support. Please send only the information needed to discuss your project.
3. Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-CFJHWRSD4D) to understand visits and website interactions. These include page views, standard interactions such as scrolling and clicks on external links, successful form submissions, and clicks on WhatsApp, email and phone links. A contact click does not mean a message was sent or a project was confirmed.
Analytics processes technical information such as visited pages, referring sources, browser and device information and approximate location. Our event code sends the event type and page path; the form event also includes the form identifier. It does not deliberately include names, email addresses, phone numbers or message text in those events.

4. Cookies and your choices
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only after you accept. 5. Service providers and processing locations
Our company operations and business email are based in China. The website is hosted on servers in the United States, and Google Analytics may process information in the United States. These locations may differ from your country. We limit access to what is needed for the relevant service and business purpose.
When you open WhatsApp or another external service, that service handles information under its own privacy terms. Messages sent through WhatsApp are separate from our website inquiry form.
6. Retention
- Inquiry records and related emails: up to three years from the last contact, unless an ongoing project or a legal requirement requires longer retention.
- Copies of website emails in the site’s email log: 14 days.
- Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.
- Website logs and backups: kept by the hosting provider for short-term security and operational needs.
