How we make it
We start by balancing the body, wings, and legs in a drawing or 3D model. The fiberglass form receives silver and gold electroplated finishes. The intended viewing direction helps determine how much of each reflective surface will be visible. A physical sample establishes the finish and the division between the two colors.
The support arrangement is developed for the proposed placement, including any separate sections needed for handling. Our workshops test the agreed assembly before shipment. Photos and video let you review the complete shape and finish before the piece is packed.
Packing and delivery
Wing edges and slender legs require clearance from both the container and neighboring parts. Separate padded supports can hold the main body, while removable wings can travel in individual compartments where the construction allows. Labeled fittings can stay with their matching sections.
For a group of insects, packing can follow the planned installation positions or store allocation. We provide assembly instructions so the receiving team can identify each section and reproduce the agreed orientation.
