How we make it
The swirl is the starting point: its curve, depth and color sequence need to work together at the intended viewing distance. Send your artwork or references with the window dimensions, and our workshops can develop the 3D form and support arrangement around that composition.
We agree on the material, surface finish and color sample before production. For repeated pieces, the approved sample guides the color placement and appearance across the batch. Close-up progress images help your team review the swirl edges, transitions between colors and the finish before the props are prepared for shipment.
Packing and delivery
The broad candy faces and raised swirl edges need protection from contact during transport. We can separate the finished faces with protective inserts and support each piece around its base or agreed support points. Large or fragile props travel in wooden crates; smaller components can use cartons with EPS inserts when suitable.
Where the design allows, separate bases or supports can reduce the packed size. We trial-assemble the agreed configuration and send photos or video before shipment, with assembly instructions for the receiving team. Include the store access route and installation date in your brief so packing and delivery can be planned together.
