How we make it
Facial proportion drives this piece. Our fabrication combines 3D printing and fiberglass work, with 3D-printed whisker details. We use your chosen reference to establish the brow, muzzle, ears, and overall expression. A color sample sets the balance between the warm finish and darker markings, rather than relying on a screen color alone.
The rear connection arrangement is developed alongside the front view. Share the backdrop construction and intended position so the mounting details can be coordinated with your installation team. We test the agreed assembly in our workshops and send photos and video for confirmation before shipment.
Packing and delivery
Projecting whiskers and ear tips need space around them. A shaped packing support can hold the main head clear of these details, with separate protection for removable components where the design permits. Mounting parts can be labeled and grouped with the matching head.
For several locations, packing groups can follow the store schedule. Installation instructions identify the agreed connection arrangement so the receiving team has the relevant information before placing the piece on its backdrop.
