A custom fiberglass mascot sculpture gives a character a physical presence at a store, pop-up or brand event. We develop the three-dimensional form from your approved artwork, balancing its expression, costume details and pose. How we make it
Character development starts with the details that make the design recognizable: the face, silhouette and relationship between the head, body and accessories. Send your 2D design or 3D file. Our workshops develop the three-dimensional form and review those proportions before full-size forming begins.
The mascot body is made from fiberglass. After forming, we sand and fill the surface to refine facial features, costume edges and transitions between adjoining forms. Primer prepares the surface for the final topcoat. We agree on a physical color and finish sample before painting. Progress photos help your team review the shape, sculpted details and finish as the work moves forward.
Packing and delivery
A projecting hand, accessory or head detail can need its own clearance inside the package. We can plan protective supports around the main form and base, keeping pressure away from those features. Large or fragile sculptures use wooden crates; any detachable sections are agreed during design so the receiving team knows how the parts fit together.
We trial-assemble the sculpture and send photos or video before shipment. Assembly instructions accompany sectioned work, and the packing plan can account for access through the venue. Include the destination, installation date and available handling space with your inquiry.
