How we make it
We develop the fiberglass form around the horse's silhouette and the individual wing, mane and saddle details. Surface preparation and spray-painted color areas give the body and decorative elements their distinct appearance. A sample establishes the color balance and finish before repeated pieces move through production.
The wings and projecting details need to read clearly from the intended viewing angle. We review these with the base and support arrangement, then compare the finished pieces as a set for consistency across the display.
Packing and delivery
Wings, raised legs, ears and decorative tips need individual clearance in the packing layout. We plan support around the main form and isolate painted surfaces so adjacent components do not rub together. Any agreed detachable parts travel with their matching connections; bases and support pieces are grouped by figure.
We trial-assemble the sculptures and send photos and videos before shipment. The packing plan and installation instructions follow the final approved arrangement and the receiving site's access requirements.
