How we make it
We begin with the elevation and layout: how high each column should stand, where the capitals sit in the sightline and how the group relates to the merchandise. Your reference drawings help our workshops develop the proportions and review the form as a complete set.
The material and forming method are selected for the agreed dimensions and display requirements. We confirm the surface sample and work through the joins between the capital, shaft and base where a sectioned design is needed. Before delivery, trial assembly checks the overall fit and alignment, while progress photos give your team a clear view of the decorative detail.
Packing and delivery
Ornate capital edges, long fluted shafts and base corners require different support inside the package. We can use shaped protective inserts and separate compartments so those surfaces do not rub against each other. Large columns and fragile decorative sections can be crated, with the section plan agreed around the delivery route and available access.
For a coordinated set, packing can be organized by size or display location to help the receiving team identify the pieces. We provide pre-shipment photos or video and assembly instructions. Tell us the doorway sizes, handling limits and installation schedule when requesting a quotation.
